The Infusion Nurses Association Meetings

I. The meeting was called to order by Pam Clark; the motion was seconded by Cindy Reiner. The 

    meeting was called to order on March 26, 2026 at 6:30 pm by Pam.

II. Announcements

   A. The current Board members were introduced. First-time attendee was recognized.

   B. The organization now has a bank account.

   C. Treasurere's report given by Jo Stewart. The bank website was down today. The account has at 

        least $400.

   D. We currently have sponsors for ewach monthly meeting through November, 2026.

III. Old Business

   A. We are still trying to re-establish our organization website and the ability for members to pay 

        annual dues online.

   B. We have membership applications at each table. Annual dues are $40. If you have not paid for

        2026, please complete an application and pay Jo Stewart with cash or a check.

IV. New Business

   A. A new Board position of Membership Chairman has been created. The position will be responsible

        for maintaining the organization social media and outreach to attract more, and 

        younger members. Since we have very few members because it's early in the year, we would like 

        to appoint a member to this position. A motion was made to do so and seconded by Loni Mercer. 

       Jessica Galon volunteered for the position, to be held through 2026, with Board elections to be 

       held in October 2026. New Board members will be installed in January, 2027 for a two-year period. 

       Jessica's appointment was approved unanimously among all members in attendance.

   B. Attendees were asked if anyone was looking for a job. Mary Obianefo is looking for an infusion 

        nursing job; FT, PT or PRN.. Attendees were asked if they had a job needing to be filled. There 

        were none.

V. The sponsor was introduced and the meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm by Pam Clark and seconded by 

    Cidnea Baskinger.
